Start your day with heightened focus, energy and flow! Join FLOGA instructor/flutist Suzanne Buerkle for a warm-up Yoga sequence designed for flutists. Canada's electro flute looper Rozalind MacPhail accompanies the practice with her uplifting live music

Through targeted breath-work and yoga asanas, musicians improve mental focus and reduce stress and anxiety with a personalized yoga program designed for optimal performance practice, maximum fluidity and ease. Take your playing to the next level.

Initial consultation with instrument will assess posture, tension, breath, and phrasing, followed by a prescribed yoga regimen to produce musical empowerment.

FLOGA Zoom classes starting September 2023 @ $15 a session.
